"I believe that I have already recommended it, but I will recommend it again here: Minato,Sushi Bar, located at the Gas station below the Hadera chimneys. It is a small sushi bar with excellent staff. They are very strict about working only with fresh materials of the highest available quality. Slowly and consistently I became acquainted with all their wonderful combination dishes."

"Exemplary organization, beautiful décor (tables, ornamentation, lighting), a great abundance of great food, each dish a sensation: from the Adamame which they didn’t cook to death; the salads that were served in glasses and were as beautiful  as they were tasty; the rich sushi bar followed by the noodle dishes, and a great ending with desserts (litchi sorbet, a somewhat unusual green tea sorbet, a white chocolate cake and more)."

"Cucumber Sticks and a Soy Riddle"
The combinations we ordered (Akiko -59 NIS, Myoko – 83 NIS) certainly satisfied our desire and expectations. Particularly excelling was the Inside Out Salmon Skin, rolled with thin cucumber sticks, scallops, aromatic mayonnaise and spicy tuna. The Tuna,Yellowtail and Sea Bream Maki Roll were generously filled with large dominant slabs of fish which wasn’t excessively drowned with rice. Soon enough, they all disappeared along with the Inside-Out Avocado Salmon Roll – one of the most popular combinations, which proved a success here as well.

Minato, Aki San’s small Sushi station (10 seats on the bar),  is located at the Caesarea’s gas station, and in my mind, although Kosher, it is one of the best sushi bars in Israel".
